Job DescriptionAs a Purchasing Trainee, you will assist the purchasing team in buying materials, products, and services needed for the company. Duties and ResponsibilitiesUndertake general administration duties and support the Procurement department, scanning, filing, printing amongst others. Maintain electronic and manual filing systems. Obtain quotes, comparing costs as per company procedures.
Process purchase orders for all purchases. Liaise with suppliers and various departments within the company for different aspects and stages of the procurement process. Support the department and company with additional duties as required. QualificationsDiploma in Procurement or any other relevant qualifications. Good communication skills both English and French, written and verbal. IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office e. g. , Word & Excel.
