Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Estimator with experience in Electrical with proven verifiable experience in takeoffs and great English level to join our team.Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory, and we will request a voice note for the screening processResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.Define the scope of electrical work and required components.Calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.Use estimating software (e.g., Accubid, PlanSwift, Trimble).Maintain updated pricing databases and cost benchmarks.Compile and submit formal tender documents.Track revisions and maintain version control of estimates. Present estimates to clients, project managers, or stakeholders.Assess risks and include contingencies in estimates.Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and client requirements.Collaborate with engineers, procurement, and project teams.Support bid reviews, negotiations, and post-award budgeting.
