Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator based in St John’s, NL. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, developing project budgets, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, coordinating with vendors, and providing support during project execution to maintain cost efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and BudgetingExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholdersAttention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimatesProficiency in relevant software tools for estimating and planning is a strong assetPrevious experience in the construction or building systems industry is preferredDiploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
