Construction Feasibility Analyst

Nextres, LLC is a versatile tech enabled independent mortgage banker operating at the national level. Our focus is third party lending in both the wholesale and correspondent delivery channels, with a deep focus on construction loans. We are looking for top tier talent to add to our brands and deliver satisfactory business to our future borrowers and partners.Nextres, LLC is hiring a Construction Feasibility Analyst. The role will be responsible for all functions related to analyzing and evaluating construction budgets to meet feasibility of completion of construction of each financed project.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review the borrowers submitted scope of work documents and conduct the needed due diligence using photos and third-party inspection data to acquire a holistic understanding of the project’s feasibility.Analyze the proposed plans, examining permits requirements, project timelines and verifying the feasibility of the project budgets and scoping.Decisioning latitude to establish the risk of proposed rehab project and make an independent final call via a comprehensive feasibility report.Deliver analysis and collaborate with different operations departments throughout the company.Provide continuous feedback to our Underwriting department to improve project screening and risk modeling.Communicate and discuss budgets with customers, contractors and all parties via phone and email timelyReviewing and administering Draw RequestsMonitoring progress and completion of improvements as they occur.Duties as assignedIdeal candidates will meet the following requirements:Construction Management experience or similar is requiredExperience in being able to estimate construction projectsKnowledge of working with fees and budgetsStrong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skillsStrong technical skills with and being able to adapt to new technology quicklyExcellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to take initiative, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentInteract with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementFull Time benefits summary:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance OptionsCompany paid Life Insurance, STD, and LTDPaid time off, paid company holidays, paid Floating HolidaysFlexible Spending AccountEmployee discounts and Employee Assistance Program401(k) with employer matchJob Type: Full-time Monday-Friday RemotePay: Salary (Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually)Nextres, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, or any other status protected under applicable federal, state or local laws.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.To verify licensing, please visit www.NMLSConsumerAccess.org
