Our values of Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Education shape how we treat our team, serve our clients, and care for the planet.Learn more at www.enjoyoutdoorliving.caAs a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of job site activity, including layout, scheduling, materials, safety, and team leadership. You will be accountable for quality assurance, client satisfaction, and job profitability while mentoring crew members and supporting their growth. This is a leadership role for someone with deep construction experience who is confident in taking projects from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction of patios, retaining walls, steps, garden beds, water features, and poolscapesSupervise and support crew members, including Lead Hands and LabourersCoordinate daily tasks, timelines, and materials based on project plans and budgetsRead and interpret landscape drawings and ensure all work meets design and contractual specificationsOperate and train others on compactors, skid steers, excavators, saws, and other equipmentCommunicate clearly with project managers and clients on progress, delays, and solutionsMaintain a safe and efficient job site with a strong focus on crew morale and safetyPerform daily quality checks and ensure all finishing touches meet LP standardsTrack materials used and assist with documentation and reportingQualifications5 or more years of experience in landscape construction with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of grading, layout, hardscape installation, and plant materialsProficient with construction equipment and tools, including layout lasers and power sawsValid G-Class Driver's License and reliable transportationAbility to read and interpret construction plansExceptional leadership, communication, and time management skillsPhysical stamina and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditionsLMN software experience is an assetSalary And BenefitsFull-time positionCompetitive annual salary ranging from CA$ 55,000 to CA$ 85,000 based on experienceHealth, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 3 monthsRRSP matching program after 12 monthsMonthly paid team events, including golf, lake days, and BBQsPaid professional development and career trainingCelebrations for birthdays, milestones, and work anniversariesCompany-sponsored charity and volunteer initiative.LP Landscape Plus Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
