Construction Lead

We’re looking for a Construction Lead (Topside Delivery) to lead the fabrication and delivery of topsides and associated structures in Karimun, Indonesia, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence.Key Highlights:Lead topsides fabrication, installation, and mechanical completion.Drive safety and quality on-site while managing contractor performance.Coordinate engineering, procurement, and load-out activities.Maintain lessons learned for continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.8+ years in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects, including supervisory experience.Proven track record with major EPC contractors and experience with LNG/sour gas facilities.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in multicultural environments.Candidates who can mobilize within 1 month or sooner are preferred.This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to one of the world’s leading LNG projects and make a tangible impact on the future of energy. 📍 Location: Karimun, Indonesia
