OverviewLead and manage the delivery of large-scale pharmaeutical construction project based in Denmark ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Act as the primary interface between the client, design team, contractors, and PM Group.ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee all construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes, coordinate with design and procurement teams.Contractor Management: Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to EHS standards and local regulations.Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, approve variations, and ensure financial targets are achieved.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear reporting to clients and internal teams on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.Quality Assurance: Ensure construction meets GMP and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical facilities.QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.10+ years’ experience in construction management, preferably in pharma or high-tech sectors.Proven track record delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects in Europe.Strong knowledge of Danish building regulations and international standards.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM processes.
