Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our client's team in Porvoo, Finland. This will be a permanent role and the work will start as soon as possible.Main tasks and responsibilities:Coordinate, plan and execute installation and assembly operations on site and in the prefabrication workshop with minimal supervisionMaintain accurate records, project documents and progress reportsSchedule and follow up on-site execution worksOrganize and prepare workplaces for installation worksManage tools and material supplyLead and supervise company staff and temporary workforceManage subcontractors performanceResponsible for on-site safety organization and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policiesSupport for establishment of welding execution and documentation systemSupport for the establishment of a QA/QC systemServe as the on-site contact for customersRequirements:Educational background in mechanical engineeringSeveral years of professional experience in managing and supervising piping construction, steel structure and pressure equipment construction sitesStrong knowledge of site management, including scope, schedule and cost controlConfident and professional demeanor with all project stakeholdersProficient in MS Office, MS Project experience preferredProven leadership and team-working abilities; experience in motivating staffDriving license class B; B/C1E desirableWillingness to travel for single or multiple days and occasionally for several months to construction sites in Germany and other European countriesResilience, flexibility and strong customer orientationGood communication skills in Finnish and English, German skills considered an advantageDon't meet all the requirements?
