Lead day-to-day civil works with emphasis on geotechnical/foundation scopes and smart construction deploymentManage subcontractors and site teams (engineering/HSE/QA-QC) to deliver safe, on-time, cost-effective outcomesPlan, review, and adapt method statements for excavation, ground improvement, and foundation works based on site conditionsInterpret survey/monitoring data (settlement, bearing capacity, pile capacity, instrumentation) to control risk and optimize performanceCoordinate closely with design and planning teams to align design intent, tender assumptions, and on-site executionPrepare and present clear technical reports for tenders, client updates, and leadership reviewsDeploy Machine Guidance/Machine Control and other smart construction solutions; track productivity and accuracy; drive continuous improvementLead vendor/technology evaluation and procurement to reduce cost and improve outcomesEnsure compliance with internal HSE policies and local regulations; conduct toolbox talks and site safety auditsIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategies; resolve technical issues promptly with stakeholdersTrack KPIs and profitability improvements; document success/failure cases and lessons learned for future projectsMentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, accountable site cultureAct as a key liaison for Korean-speaking executives, staff, and partnersCoordinating with HQ team (South Korea)Job RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering3 years of experience with an A1 Main Contractor in civil and geotechnical engineering.Strong in foundation design, ground improvement, and on-site technical support.Skilled in using smart construction tools like Machine Guidance and Machine Control.Worked on tender design, field testing, and project planning for major infrastructure works.Experienced in site management, cost control, and performance tracking.Good knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards.Strong in technical consulting, data analysis, and reporting.Experienced in project management and profitability improvement.Familiar with infrastructure and marine-related construction projects.Geotechnical and foundation engineeringGround improvement and piling worksSite management and safety complianceMS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, WordData analysis and technical reportingTeam leadership and communicationExperience in a multinational or Korean corporate environment is preferredFluent in written and spoken English and Korean as need to liaise with Korean headquaters
