Founded on family values and principlesFocused on work/life balanceRewards:Competitive salary packagesHealthcare benefitsPTO plans401k with company matchEmployee Referral ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramJob SummaryIMI is seeking a full-time Construction Manager local to the Winder, GA area.Essential FunctionsThe Industrial Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company policy, strategy, commitments, and goals.Coordinate & supervise construction projects in the industrial environmentEnsure all projects comply with all safety regulationsAssist in estimating project budgets, deliverable & milestonesLead project team by providing direction and supportDevelop project plans with timelinesCoordinate project staffDevelop and manage a budgetMonitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders including problems and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsClose assigned project with a managed review with customer that validates quality of work and adherence to scope of workEducation And ExperienceBachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or 3-5 years of experience in project managementKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementMinimum of three year's work experience in a project management capacityProven experience in people management and a commitment to industrial safetyComputer experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Project, and OutlookWork Environment/Physical DemandsStanding or walking for long periods of timeUse arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objectsLift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistanceMust be able to work indoors and outdoors including times of inclement weatherMust be able to remain in a seated position for long periods of timeManual dexterity needed for repetitive tasks and operating standard operating equipmentIMI Industrial Services Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
