Construction Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with various teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth operations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completionEstablish project schedules, budgets, and resources needed to achieve project goalsMonitor construction progress and compliance with project specifications and safety regulationsLead and manage on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractorsConduct regular inspections to assess quality and safety on-sitePrepare project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change ordersResolve any issues that arise and implement solutions promptlyMaintain effective communication with stakeholders and report on project statusRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineMinimum of 20 years of experience in construction managementProven experience in managing large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulationsExcellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in construction management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
