Requirement for Construction Manager at Blois, FranceKey Responsibilities:1) Construction management of the scope execution on the floor.2) Design Management: leading and coordinating deliverables with different design partners to meet project technical readiness gates as well as ensuring the right design is implemented on the floor.3) Define technical scope at local site for the construction activities. Constructability input and ongoing consultation. Intent is to input to design and execution of the construction work to drive efficiency, minimize interference between current production and project activities all while keeping safety and quality a top priority.4) Support creation and review of technical documentation for projects to enable decision making.5) Safety and construction activity liaison between construction and Procter and Gamble. This will include owning the signage, drafting site-wide emails of impacted areas, attending daily team & department meetings during the execution phase of the project.6) Conduct the BOQs and scope of work for the construction suppliers for mechanical and electrical installations.7) Track PO placement versus the schedule of the project.8) Project cost trending and budget reconciliation. F9) Identify and communicate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.10) Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and progress in weekly DTM and project reviews.Requirements:• 2D & 3D design[AutoCAD, Navisworks, SolidWorks]• Planning & Scheduling MS Project on construction schedules and shutdown activities.• Experience in construction and scheduling or project management.• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and terminology.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Plant Location : Blois, France
