You will be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team providing high level construction outcomes for the community to enjoy.The Construction Operator Can Be Responsible ForOperating a range of plant and equipment e.g Backhoe, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Excavator (<20t), Truck, Roller, Tractor with associated implementsKnowledge of engineering infrastructure construction and maintenance techniquesFollowing procedures and processesWorking with minimal supervisionWorking effectively with othersMonitoring and maintaininhg a safe workplacePreferred Qualifications In This RoleHold a Certificate III in Civil Construction OR related field OR equivalent experienceWHS General Construction induction CardAbility to operate a range of heavy plantDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of peopleProven ability to contribute to positive team cultureDemonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision whilst applying great time management skillsCurrent HR Class Drivers licenceA Certificate III in Civil Construction, Plant or other related field is desirable however applicants with 12 months equivilant experience and/or a willingness to obtain this Certficate will be accepted.Want to know more?https://youtu.be/006PxxeEI68INTERESTED?
