This role requires hands-on construction oversight, coordination with contractors and vendors, and basic financial tracking and reporting. We work as a team, and everyone has the roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, but you have to own your role.This job has a base salary of $100k plus performance-based bonuses.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage multiple apartment renovation projects simultaneouslyDevelop project timelines, scopes, and budgets in collaboration with ownershipManage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersConduct constant site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specificationsProvide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholdersProactively manage issues as they ariseQualificationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyBasic financial knowledge and experience managing project budgetsProven experience in construction project managementProficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and construction documentationWhen answering the screening questions, one question will say that money can't buy you love but it can fill in the blankValid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit job sites
