Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager - Multifamily to join a growing team in the Tampa area. This is a key leadership role overseeing ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.What You’ll Do:Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.Oversee project timelines, costs, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams.Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.Lead regular meetings and provide progress updates to ownership.Partner with Superintendents to align field operations with project goals.What You Bring:Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily or large-scale residential construction.Strong understanding of ground-up construction and subcontractor management.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
