Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Mwanza. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, and manage team performance. Core responsibilities include supervising construction progress, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. The role will require active involvement in planning, execution, and monitoring of project goals, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations. Qualifications Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project ManagementProficiency in Budgeting and Construction ManagementStrong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoringExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work effectively on-site and as part of a multidisciplinary teamBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldKnowledge of Tanzanian construction regulations and standards is an advantage
