Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Data Centre ConstructionAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-tech Pharma construction project in Finland. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project from planning to completion, including fit-out packages, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met. This is a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility with a leading international construction contractor.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of the data centre project, including fit-out packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement quality control procedures to meet technical and contractual requirements.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably Pharma or high-tech facilities, with experience managing fit-out packages.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.Fluent in EnglishDegree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
