Construction Project Manager

BenBau is an international construction company with Irish roots that specializes in concrete works and data center construction works in Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. We are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager with relevant experience in civil and structural works to join our team in Finland. Our team is diverse and multinational, with workers from Romania, Germany, Poland, Sweden, and many other countries.Job Title: Project Manager/Engineer Location: Finland (relocation)In this role, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. You must also be a strong communicator, able to work closely with other departments.As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from initiation to completionDeveloping and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and cost-effective executionReviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications to define project scope and deliverablesCoordinating multidisciplinary teams — site management, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE — to achieve project goalsOverseeing site operations and ensuring all activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standardsManaging procurement, subcontractor agreements, and variation/change requestsMonitoring progress, cost performance, and risks, implementing corrective actions when neededLeading regular meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issuesPreparing detailed progress and financial reports for management and clientsEnsuring accurate documentation, project records, and compliance with contractual obligationsSupporting project handover, final inspections, and closeout documentationMentoring and developing team members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementRequirements:A degree in civil engineering or equivalentA minimum of 5 years of site management experience in the construction industryExperience with AutoCAD, Revit and Office would be a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenAdditional language skills would be an advantage (Finnish, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, etc.)We offer:Competitive salary package30 days holiday per yearHealth and pension insuranceOpportunities for further development and career progressionThe chance to be part of a dynamic, international team that values youIf you are an experienced Construction Project Manager with a passion for construction, we would love to hear from you.
