You’ll be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal teams, contractors and consultants, and ensuring every project meets EastBanc’s standards of quality, budget, schedule, and safety.  ABOUT EASTBANC PORTUGAL At EastBanc, we take pride in shaping cities that endure — design-forward, community-driven spaces where architecture and purpose meet. Today, we manage and develop a portfolio of historic and exclusive properties focusing on the long-term appreciation of commercial, residential, and hospitality assets. Currently, EastBanc Portugal oversees an urban rehabilitation real estate fund backed by two international reference investors. The portfolio includes approximately 20 premium properties located in Lisbon. The company aims to grow its portfolio within the neighborhood while also expanding into larger-scale development projects.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage all project phases, from pre-construction to completion. Manage construction, budgets, schedules, contract administration, and project execution. Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants and suppliers. Formulate and report project objectives, financials, and timelines. Maintain transparent communication across internal departments. Identify project risks, including regulatory delays or technical challenges, and recommend mitigations. Plan and implement project management activities for your own projects while supporting the wider portfolio. Support all departments with design and construction expertise, while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.  REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Design Management, or related field (additional training is a plus). Minimum of 10 years' experience managing construction projects across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities. Strong knowledge of Portuguese permitting laws, regulations, and design practices. Financial literacy with experience in budgeting and project financial reporting. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and project management software. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities. Resilient under pressure and results-oriented. Creative and adaptive mindset, capable of identifying “out-of-the-box” solutions.  WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation package based on experience. Integration into a long-term project with international investors.  Work on high-impact projects in one of Lisbon’s most dynamic and growing areas. Location: Lisbon. Start Date: December 2025. Contract type: Open-ended. Benefits: Health insurance, meal card, volunteer time off, special discounts through our partners and more.  HOW TO APPLY Please send your CV/Resume to candidaturas@eastbanc.com.
