About The RoleWe are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of renewable energy infrastructure projects across Germany. This is a vital role contributing to the transition toward sustainable energy, managing complex EPC contracts and on-site operations while upholding the highest HSE standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective project management tools and methods.Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards.Manage construction contracts with EPC suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.Monitor and control construction budgets and optimize costs.Produce regular reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure continuous stakeholder communication and coordination.Oversee compliance with Grid Code regulations for successful grid connection.Conduct project completion, punch list creation, and handover to asset management.Support development teams during the pre-construction phase.RequirementsDegree or experience in project management (civil/mechanical/electrical/utilities/environmental).Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within renewables, energy, or industrial sectors.Knowledge of renewable energy systems (e.g., wind, solar PV, batteries, electrical infrastructure).Proven application of HSE and QA/QC procedures during construction.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.High attention to detail with excellent reporting and organizational skills.Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate leadership.Fluency in both English and German (essential).Motivation to contribute to the renewable energy transition
