Construction Project Manager – Leading IPP (Solar PV & BESS) - Rome Our client, a well-funded and expanding Independent Power Producer (IPP) specialising in renewable energy, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company with a strong project pipeline and significant financial backing.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of RES plant construction projects from initiation to close-out.Manage contracts to optimize project cost, timeline, and quality.Ensure compliance with national and EU HSE and quality standards.Monitor project progress, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to align on design, sourcing, and reporting.Oversee smooth handover of completed assets to Operations & Maintenance and Asset ManagementCandidate ProfileDegree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years’ experience in construction project management, preferably in renewable energy.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.Fluent Italian & English (additional languages are a plus).Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Please apply if the role matches with your career aspirations and I would be happy to share some more information on the role.Please apply on directly or send your profile to bradley.snape@hunterphilips.com.
