We are looking for a Construction Site Engineer Civil Works - Interiors/Construction to join this organization.What you would do & responsibilitiesThe Construction Site Engineer for interior fit-out oversees day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating between contractors, architects, engineers, and workers, as well as managing technical details, progress monitoring, and site documentation.ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & ExecutionOversee daily construction activities and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow.Monitor site progress and provide updates to the project manager.Quality & SafetyEnsure quality control of materials and workmanship at the site.Conduct inspections and resolve any technical issues.Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with architects, consultants, project managers, and suppliers.Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Provide technical advice and solutions to site teams when challenges arise.Documentation & ReportingPrepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project records.Maintain site logs and records of construction activities.Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Site Engineer/Site Manager or similar role in construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What you will find with this jobThe candidate steps into a role where she/he will make a real impact for our customers and will contribute to our diverse and outstanding fit-out projects,We understand that our work has the power to improve people's everyday life, and to positively impact the environment.
