Construction Site Engineer

POSITION : CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEEERSCOPE: SOLAR PROJECTSPOSITION FOR: CONSTRUCTION / EXECUTION (ROOFTOP / GROUND MOUNT)LOCATION: YEMENJOINING: IMMEDIATEJOB DESCRIPTION 1 Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical and Construction majors with 5+ years of commercial and industrial construction experience in rooftop and Ground Mount solar photovoltaic systems 2 Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and preparation of Prelim site survey report with drawing Inputs as per company format.3 Execute PV system projects and oversee testing and commissioning as per laid down company checklists.- Monitor project deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members as per company formats4 Well versed with the quality parameters of project execution at different stages of construction. (Civil + Electrical + electro mechanical)5 Maintaining Projects Documentation for different stages viz- Material, Execution and Quality and testing and commissioning )6 Coach and support project team members in their assigned tasks- Ensure high uptime and efficiency of assets7 Keep HSE on Priority and the related documents up to date- Allocate HSE responsibilities and duties for the site personnel(Must be well versed with the documents/formats related to EHS for construction at site)8 Liaison and Ensure compliance with local body procedures and processes by subcontractors9 Strong project management and communications skills, including contractor management and customer relations. Must be fluent in both written and spoken in English language.10 Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines to complete the set target. 11 Demonstrated proficiency with a computer, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 12 Able to work in an active and professional working environment
