Construction Site Manager

BenBau is an international construction company with Irish roots that specializes in concrete works and data center construction works in Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. We are currently searching for an experienced Site Manager with relevant experience in civil and structural works to join our team in Finland. Our team is diverse and multinational, with workers from Romania, Germany, Poland, Sweden, and many other countries.Job Title: Site Manager/EngineerLocation: Finland (Relocate)In this role, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. You must also be a strong communicator, able to work closely with other departments.As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing daily on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetManaging and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth workflowPreparing and monitoring schedules, forecasts, and material/resource plansEnsuring all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsConducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to promote a strong HSE cultureReviewing and authorizing technical drawings, plans, and any changes during executionManaging procurement, cost control, and resource allocation efficientlyMaintaining accurate project documentation, permits, and progress recordsPreparing progress reports and communicating updates to management, clients, and stakeholdersSupporting project handovers, ensuring completion of punch lists and defect resolutionRequirements:A degree in civil engineering or equivalentA minimum of 3-5 years of site management experience in the construction industryExperience with AutoCAD, Revit and Office would be a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenAdditional language skills would be an advantage (Finnish, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, etc.)We offer:Competitive salary package30 days holiday per yearHealth and pension insuranceOpportunities for further development and career progressionThe chance to be part of a dynamic, international team that values youIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a passion for construction, we would love to hear from you.
