Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Site Supervisor stationed in Newcastle, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee the construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve site supervision, managing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and facilitating clear communication between all parties involved. The supervisor will also provide guidance and instructions to the construction workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to construction plans. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experienceExcellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clientsProficiency in Inspection and attention to detail in all stages of the construction processKnowledge and implementation of Construction Safety protocols and practicesRelevant qualifications in construction management or a related fieldAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in residential construction projects is a plusPositive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities
