Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and light-industrial projects across the Augusta, GA region. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who can run jobs independently, maintain strong subcontractor relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and coordinationEnsure all work meets specifications, drawings, quality standards, and building codesConduct daily reports, safety meetings, inspections, and progress updatesOversee RFIs, plan changes, punch lists, and field problem-solvingMaintain strong communication with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectorsEnforce jobsite safety compliance and company safety policiesSupport project budgeting, materials tracking, and labor efficiencyDeliver projects on time with minimal rework and clear documentationExperience & Qualifications5+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant SuperintendentExperience with commercial, industrial, institutional, or municipal projectsStrong understanding of ground-up construction, interior buildouts, and site workAbility to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and manage field operationsOSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient with daily logs, scheduling tools, and construction software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)Compensation$100,000 – $125,000+ depending on experienceCompany truck or allowance (role dependent)Full benefits packageLong-term stability with consistent project pipeline in the Augusta metro areaHow to ApplyIf you're an experienced Superintendent ready to take ownership of high-visibility projects in Augusta, please reply with your resume or reach out for a confidential conversation.
