They operate with a strong field-first culture and a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.Role OverviewThe Superintendent leads all field operations on major Data Center projects. You will direct daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety compliance, and ensure all work aligns with plans and specifications.ResponsibilitiesRun day-to-day on-site operations for Data Center buildsCoordinate multiple trades, especially MEP and critical systemsEnforce safety standards and ensure site complianceDrive project milestones (MEP rough-in, set equipment, commissioning readiness)Monitor quality control and conduct field inspectionsWork closely with PMs, QA/QC, commissioning, and client repsManage lookahead schedules and manpower planningRequirements5–10 years as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial constructionExperience on Data Centers, Mission Critical, Semiconductor or related projectsStrong understanding of MEP systems, equipment installation & sequencingAbility to lead large multi-disciplinary field teamsExcellent communication and leadership skills
