Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located at Cannon Air Force Base, NM. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities include managing construction crews, coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, quality assurance, and liaising between various stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Qualifications Experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety protocolsProficiency in Project Management and Budgeting to effectively meet project deadlines and budgetsStrong Organization Skills to manage workflows and project documentation efficientlyEffective communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholdersKnowledge of industry standards, regulations, and the ability to adapt to on-site challengesProficiency in scheduling software and other related technology is a plusPMP or other project management certifications are desirableExperience in military or government construction projects is an advantageMust be able to pass a background investigation and and obtain a DOD base installation pass.
