Join us for a career that offers stability, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.Your New RoleAusco Modular is looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of hire and sale installations, as well as the demobilization of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and safely under the support and direction of the Project Manager and reporting to the Construction Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and site manage the scope of work contract for building and infrastructure installation or demobilization.Conduct site inspections and ensure coordination for project delivery.Hold daily toolbox and weekly site meetings.Oversee sub-contractors’ work to ensure compliance with Scope of Works, including identifying scope creep and potential variations.Monitor quality control and maintain documentation.Assist in resolving disputes and claims.Support Project Manager with client and warranty issues.Evaluate hazards and control risks via inspections.Ensure WHS requirements are met on-site.Facilitate safety meetings and ensure SWMS and JSA are in place.Collaborate with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.Build strong relationships with internal and external parties.Supervise subcontractor performance for safety and quality.Skills & Experience:Trade Certificate or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Project and ExcelExperience as a Construction SupervisorWhite Card and current driver's licenseFirst Aid Certificate (company-sponsored)Ability to pass background/police check for educational and sensitive working environments Key Competencies:Strong leadership in site supervisionExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesSkilled in reading engineering documents, drawings, and specificationsExperience managing Quality, WHS&E, and documentationKnowledge of state regulatory and statutory requirementPreferred Competencies:Experience in the modular building industry.Supervisors Licence or ability to obtainSound understanding of WHS legislation.Additional Benefits:Tool of Trade VehicleJoin one of Australia's leading modular construction companies Enjoy a people-first workplace that promotes work-life balance & wellbeing.
