In this role, you will contribute directly to a variety of home improvement and renovation projects, including flooring installation, framing, painting, and general construction tasks.This position offers hands-on experience with multiple aspects of residential construction, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills, take on increasing responsibility, and potentially grow into roles in estimating, project management, and other areas of construction operations. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform flooring installation and general renovation work on residential projectsAssist with framing, painting, site preparation, and other construction tasks as neededLearn and implement effective construction techniques and home improvement methodsFollow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment on all job sitesCollaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client satisfactionContribute ideas and feedback to improve workflow, project outcomes, and overall efficiencyQualificationsExperience in construction, home renovation, or related fieldsProficiency in flooring installation techniquesKnowledge of framing, painting, and other general construction skills is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailPhysical stamina to perform manual labor and operate construction tools safelyFamiliarity with construction site safety procedures and guidelinesEagerness to learn and grow within the company, including potential exposure to estimating, project management, and other construction rolesCompensation:Pay starting at $15 DOEWe offer a flexible schedule for students, part-time workers, etcMonthly Snack budget
