Job Title: Construction Worker / Civil HelpersJob Summary:Responsible for performing various physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist in building structures such as roads, bridges, buildings, and other construction projects.Load, unload, and move construction materials.Operate or assist with machinery and power tools.Prepare and clean construction sites before and after work.Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times.Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other skilled workers as needed.Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete, sand, or asphalt.Requirements:Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Prior experience in construction (an advantage but not always required).
