ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Hardware and Software Purchases:

Handle the entire procurement process, from receiving a purchasing requisition to vendor selection and purchase order creation. Source and evaluate potential hardware suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure competitive pricing. Processing purchase orders and related transactions in the information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Track orders in delivery, oversee the receipt, inspection, and distribution of newly acquired hardware. Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, update asset databases accordingly, and process documentation. SaaS Operations Continuity: Ensure the uninterrupted operation of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Monitor SaaS subscriptions, renewals, and licenses. Managing Shipments and Stock:

Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and track shipments. Organize and safely store received items in designated storage areas. Periodically conduct stock re-inventories to ensure accurate stock levels. Track assets with serial numbers, models, and locations. Reset and configure IT assets. Handling warranty and non-warranty repair requests. Maintain equipment in working condition, including but not limited to laptops, screens, and audiovisual equipment. Qualifications & experienceThe successful candidate will have:

Higher education in technical/economical area, strong analytical skillsFluent English (at least upper-intermediate, additional languages would be an advantage)Experience in procurement household and office equipment not less than 2 years (computers, network equipment, etc. )Knowledge of best practices in terms of purchasesStrong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc. )Communication and negotiation skills
