Your RoleAs a Data Analyst, you play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, visualizing and optimizing data to gain strategic insights. You will work with various teams to develop robust data models, create impactful visualizations and ensure that data is accurately, consistently, and efficiently mapped and processed.Required Skills and QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.Languages: Written & spoken fluency in French/Dutch AND English (mandatory)At least 4 years of experience as a BI/Data Analyst or in a similar roleDeep expertise in Power BI, including designing and maintaining dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insightsStrong SQL and DAX skills, with experience creating efficient queries, calculations, and measuresHands-on experience with Databricks for data transformation, preparation, and modeling to support BI solutionsProven experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing tabular models for high-performance analyticsKnowledge of data modeling (e.g., star schemas, dimensional models) and experience applying these in BI projectsSolid understanding of ETL processes and experience applying them in BI projectsFamiliarity with implementing role-based data access and security measures (RLS/OLS)Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex insightsStrong analytical thinking and a structured approach to complex problemsHands-on experience with Databricks for data transformation, preparation, and modeling to support BI solutionsWhat You Will DoDevelop and optimize data models that support strategic decision-makingBuild, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersWork with large datasets in Power BI, ensuring efficient processing and responsive visualizationStreamline and enhance data transformations using best practices in tools like Power Query and DAXLeverage Databricks to design, transform, and prepare datasets that feed into Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.Implement and manage data security measures to ensure the right users access the right information at the right timeAnalyze data using statistical and analytical techniquesContribute to organization-wide BI strategies, including guidelines and knowledge sharingImprove current data governance and implement procedures for high-quality, trusted, and consistent dataWhy Join Us?Be Part of the Solver Community: Join a team where collaboration, curiosity, and problem-solving are at the heart of everything we do.
