If you tackle challenges with unmatched persistence and believe learning is critical to ongoing growth, we want you on our team.As a Consultant in the Ecosystem Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading project management for client engagements and driving deliverable creation, including conducting competitive research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and creating presentations to summarize client recommendations. You will receive on-the-job coaching and mentoring to help you advance your understanding of business consulting and ecosystem strategy.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data, summarizing key themes to inform findings and recommendationsConduct research to support client recommendationsDraft client-ready deliverables in various formats, summarizing insights from analysis and research and formulating data-driven narratives to guide decision makingDevelop high-quality communications, from emails to executive presentationsLead project management for client engagements, including project plan creation and ownership, and action and status trackingManage meetings, including coordinating and scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas and content, and documenting actions and decisionsWork independently or closely with clients and team members to drive project progressProvide other project support as requested by engagement manager Minimum RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement and/or significant relevant work experienceAt least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in enterprise technology or consultingExperience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problemsBusiness acumen and awareness of business trendsPreferred QualificationsCoursework and/or internships in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, systems, or communicationsStrong interpersonal and team working skillsPassion and an ability to learn independently, quickly, and resourcefullyDesire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting professionHigh degree of ambition, flexibility, and creativityPositive attitude and a willingness to learn from mentors and peersMotivation to learn new concepts and start tasks with limited guidanceLogic-based decision-making, carefully taking context into account About ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
