Lanyue combines the advantages of a “start-up” - light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression and initiative - and those of a large group - available resources to develop one’s projects.Your Qualifications and SkillsUndergraduate and/or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement2+ years of working experiences in human resources (HR), organization development, compensation or benefitsStrong people skills and excellent ability to engage all levels of the organization and communicate with senior executivesProven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)Track record of strong passion in creating impact and building relationships with clientsAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and MandarinComfort with extensive travel
