We are seeking a Senior Consultant & Client Relationship Manager with experience in strategic consulting, innovation, and technology, ideally with experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) or equivalent strategic roles. This role combines strategic account management, business development, and leadership in digital transformation and artificial intelligence projects.The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering high-impact solutions aligned with client business objectives in Venezuela and the region.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on sustainable growth and aligned with client business objectives. • Establish yourself as a trusted partner, leading executive-level discussions with C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.) and building long-term relationships. • Identify and generate new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategic prospects. • Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, proposal preparation, executive presentations, negotiation, and deal closure. • Design differentiated value propositions integrating strategic consulting, innovation, and technology solutions (including AI and digital transformation). • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (consulting, technology, design, data science) to ensure successful project outcomes. • Oversee delivery quality, ensuring adherence to the highest strategic consulting standards. • Measure and communicate impact through KPIs and executive-level reporting. • Guide clients through digital transformation and AI adoption, supporting the modernization of business models. • Develop strategic roadmaps connecting market trends with client priorities. • Provide insights and benchmarking based on research and global best practices. • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, expectations, and timelines. • Monitor the industry ecosystem (competitors, emerging technologies, AI trends) to anticipate opportunities and risks. • Negotiate contracts and service agreements that maximize value for both parties. • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies within existing accounts. • Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring business growth targets are met.Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, ideally with experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) or equivalent roles. • Strong background in technology, innovation, and digital transformation. • Proven experience in strategic account management and business development. • Demonstrated ability to lead conversations and negotiations with C-level executives. • Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital solutions. • Strong capability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead complex projects. • Excellent communication, executive storytelling, and negotiation skills. • Efficient oral communication skills to interact with clients worldwide.Location• 100% remote, based in LATAM, with regional and international client engagement.💡 What We Offer: • 100% remote position within an international team. • Opportunity to contribute to strategic projects with executive-level impact. • Dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.We are an equal opportunity employer — we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
