Oversee the execution of process changes, ensuring seamless integration and effectivenessClient Engagement: Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and challenges. Provide expert advice, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver presentations and reportsProject Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and mitigate risksInnovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to drive digital transformation and enhance client competitivenessCollaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other consultants and practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions. Mentor junior team members and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessionsYOUR CAPCO FITExperience & Knowledge: 2+ years in banking or consulting, with a strong understanding of banking operations and process design. Proven experience in designing and implementing business processesSkills & Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in project management and business analysis tools, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholdersEducation & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plusPersonal Attributes: Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering value.
