Job Description

The Client Change Management group works closely with Clients, Client Implementations, Worldwide Technology, Operations, Relationship Management and Product to deliver effective change management from change initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation. The group is responsible for programme management, project management and client change as well as business consultancy and business analysis, brought about by strategic direction, client’s changes, industry regulations and/or operational efficiency directives.Key Responsibilities include:Act as the key person to manage and effectively facilitate business requirement discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, planning, execution until implementation.Responsible for the end-to-end project management, as a result of any relevant client-initiated changes, industry regulation changes, business or operational strategic directives.Support and oversight of daily operational activities and supervise junior Partners within the team, but not a formal management role.Qualifications:College or University Degree and/or proven work experience in Financial Services Industry.Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in Business Analysis.Basic Knowledge in Middle Office or Financial Instruments including but not limited to Trade Lifecycle is a must.Experience in Project Management is an advantage.Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Are RequiredHighly flexible and adaptable to changeAble to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
