Bringing true, meaningful value to our clients and the communities we serve and creating a real sense of purpose for you.Job DescriptionTo assist clients in the Private Banking Suite with their service requests, complaints and queries in order to deliver a positive client experience.Job ResponsibilitiesAssess client service requirements and resolve accordingly or routes them to the appropriate person or department for resolutionIssue Debit cards, Credit Cards, pre-paid cards and Personal Identification Number (PIN) codes as per set procedure.Generate lead, build new and/or maintains existing customer relationships for walk-in clients.Receive and process customer requests for cheque books and debit cards, prepaid cards and credit cards including changing of ATM limits as per laid down procedure.Ensure procedures are followed to meet and maintain quality service levels and turn-around times.
