Consultant – Digital Forensic & InvestigationsResponsibilities Collaborate with Group Investigation and Internal Audit teams to design, implement, and monitor the annual investigation strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the internal audit plan.Oversee and ensure the effective execution of investigations across client and its subsidiaries while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.Work closely with the Defalcation Committee, as well as the Risk and Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance teams, to manage whistle-blower cases, mitigate potential risks, and strengthen internal controls.Conduct comprehensive investigations involving evidence collection, digital forensics, background checks, interviews, and analytical assessments to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.Prepare clear, concise, and insightful reports summarizing key findings, process improvements, and recommendations for management and BAC review.Represent group-level forums to contribute to the development of investigation strategies, share best practices, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Promote awareness of Speak Up and Whistle-Blower channels through communication and training initiatives, fostering a transparent and ethical work culture that supports investigation and departmental objectives.Expected Profile Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Auditing.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification will be an added advantage.Strong knowledge of digital forensics and corporate investigations.High proficiency in data analytics and data interpretation.Advanced understanding of internal controls.Familiarity with investigative methods for locating specific electronic data and information.Excellent analytical, communication, report writing, and presentation skills.Share your updated CV to careers@talentexpress.lkFollow our LinkedIn page for upcoming vacancies WhatsApp – 0779 391 791 Web - www.talentexpress.lk
