Consultant Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:You support the development of digital go-to-market and transformation strategies for B2C and B2B clients, guide their targeted implementation and ensure that they deliver immediate, measurable results.You work closely with our clients in a client-facing role, structuring their problems and identifying targeted opportunities for optimisation and growth.You analyse digital touchpoints across the entire customer journey as well as technical and structural set-ups in order to develop data-driven and actionable solutions.You coordinate the project implementation in close collaboration with our internal expert teams.You are responsible for measuring success through performance analysis (e.g. KPIs from SEO, SEA, social media campaigns) and deriving specific optimisation steps from this.You prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes, moderate stakeholder engagements and ensure transparent and efficient communication - for both client and internal projects.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).You gained initial relevant work experience with a focus on (digital) strategy or digital marketing.You possess strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for technology, combined with a creative mind.You demonstrate very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.You are fluent in English - regional languages are of advantage.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & OMMAX partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your environment - out of your comfort zone: You work in a challenging environment between financial investors, decision-makers and operational teams and can set new standards with your knowledge.Your hard work pays off!
