We combine the in-depth expertise of an international advisor with the focus and flexibility of a boutique consulting firm that has put impact above size.Role and responsibilitiesConsultants are primarily assigned to the People Resource Practice, supporting International Executive Search and Succession Management activities across our clients’ value chains. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in project teams, taking on tasks and responsibilities aligned with your skills and experience.Key responsibilities include conducting research and analysis on client companies and industries, identifying and screening candidates using a range of tools and strategies and preparing materials for business development. The role offers broad exposure to senior candidates and requires a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.Operating at the intersection of business and people, the position provides excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth in a performance-driven, international environment.Required qualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field and up to three years’ experienceWork experience from a business environment, whether full-time or through internships or student roles, involving analytical tasks and responsibility for commercially relevant deliverablesProven ability to analyse company-specific information (e.g., strategy, financial performance, market position, organisational context) and translate it into clear recommendationsExperience preparing presentations or reports intended for client or senior-level audiencesA natural orientation towards personal accountability for the quality and execution of work within a project teamA strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to tangible outcomes for our clients, combined with a genuine interest in their businesses, industries and strategic contextApplicationTo apply, please send your CV: career@directure.com with the subject ‘Directure Consultant Application’.
