Company DescriptionPeople Insight is an employee engagement company that marries AI-driven employee survey technology with human expertise to accelerate action for high-performing organisations.Our people include the brightest and the best with a passion for delivering high quality technology and consulting, guiding our clients to achieve the best possible employee experience, improving retention, productivity and customer satisfaction.Our work is guided by our values: Be brave, Raise the bar, Strive to delight and Work together.Based in London and Bolton, our people work a mix of office, home and hybrid roles.ResponsibilitiesAdvise and support clients with their employee experience programmes including engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, crafting survey questionnaires grounded in People Insight’s frameworks, delivering compelling C-suite results presentations, designing and facilitating focus groups and action-planning workshopsWork at pace while maintaining high standards of quality and client experienceManage and develop a portfolio of accounts, identifying new opportunities where People Insight’s consultancy, AI tools and behavioural expertise can help solve client challenges.Support proposals, pitches and demonstrations, bringing the consultant’s voice and credibility to new opportunities.Collaborate with our Client Services Team, bringing your expertise to add depth, clarity and value to the client experience.Contribute your expertise to People Insight webinars, blogs and thought leadership.Experience, skills and attributes:Degree educated in a relevant field (such as Organisational Psychology)Experience in delivering employee engagement & organisational behaviour strategies (either client side or agency side) Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation of survey resultsData savvy storyteller able to present a compelling, evidence-based story with impactFamiliarity with survey platforms and AI toolsProficiency developing client relationships and growing account valueAlignment with our company values: https://peopleinsight.co.uk/about-us/We offer:Competitive salary starting at £55,000 (flexible for experience & expertise)Performance related bonusAnnual leave starting at 28 days + bank holidays + volunteering daysHybrid working – split your time between home and office with all the home working tools you needCollaborative central London officeCompany healthcare, pension, employee discounts & wellbeing scheme, cycle scheme
