Join Annalect’s Data Science Consultancy team!About the RoleWe are looking for a new colleague to join Annalect, Omnicom Media Group’s specialist unit for data-driven analytics and decision support systems. Our work includes analyses that quantify the impact of our clients’ marketing activities and provide the foundation for ongoing optimization. Annalect consists of 60 employees, with 20 dedicated to the Data Science Consultancy team. Our team utilizes mathematics, statistics, and econometrics to process large volumes of data, delivering business-oriented decision support. As a Data Science Consultant, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle for our clients – from data collection and coding, to building and optimizing statistical models in R, and communicating results and recommendations to clients. You will work closely with a project lead and the team, receiving ongoing support and feedback. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to conduct analyses independently, manage client communications, and deliver your own projects. Key Responsibilities:Collect client data and extract data from media systemsProgramming and data processingStructure, code, and interpret dataDevelop statistical models in RAnalyze results and prepare recommendations in close collaboration with a project leadPrepare deliverables for clients in PowerPoint and dashboardsMaintain ongoing dialogue with clients and media agencies throughout the projectLead your own projectsYour ProfileWe imagine that you:Hold a relevant academic degree (e.g., Cand.Merc. (MAT), Cand.polit. IMM, AEF, or similar)Have basic experience with statistical models and methodologiesPossess strong analytical skillsAre proficient in R Studio (or other programming languages such as Python, SAS, VBA, SQL and are eager to further develop your skills in R Studio)Are experienced in Excel and PowerPointAre interested in building an understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and the media landscapeWhat We OfferWe offer a position in an exciting company with many opportunities.
