What You’ll DoAs a Consultant in Global Strategy & Business Development, you’ll work on individual tasks and contribute to project workstreams on some of Pandora’s most important strategic priorities.
You’ll develop strong project management and analytical skills while collaborating with global teams and gaining exposure to senior leadership. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting strategic projects from issue definition and scoping to execution and implementation under guidance from senior team membersOwning smaller project elements or workstreams, taking responsibility for planning, delivery, and communication of specific outputsConducting in-depth analysis and developing data-driven insights, using both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform strategic recommendationsCommunicating findings to stakeholders at various levels clearly and conciselySupporting preparation of executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders and senior leadershipCollaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating input, gathering information, and helping align perspectives across different parts of the businessSupporting implementation of strategic initiatives, helping to track progress, and ensure follow-through on agreed actionsWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and motivated Consultant to join our Global Strategy & Business Development team – someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with strong execution skills and a collaborative mindset.
You should be confident taking ownership of your workstreams and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your insights and ideas help shape the future of Pandora. To succeed in this role, you ideally bring:
1–3 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, an in-house strategy team of a leading company, or a similar strategic roleStrong problem-solving skills, being able to structure complex challenges, conduct rigorous analysis (quantitative and qualitative), and generate clear insightsGood communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to peers and immediate stakeholdersProactive and structured working style, able to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work with moderate supervisionTeam-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, support others, and contribute to a collaborative working environmentFluency in English at a professional level, additional language skills relevant to Pandora’s markets are a plusA Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related fieldA passion for working in a global, consumer-focused company – experience with retail, branded consumer goods, or FMCG is a plus but not requiredDid we get your attention?
