Consultant Kidney Transplant - Saudi Arabia

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to patients in need of kidney transplants.Key Responsibilities Perform kidney transplant surgeries and manage the pre- and post-operative care of patients Conduct thorough medical evaluations and determine eligibility for kidney transplantation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nephrologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure successful transplant outcomes Participate in transplant committee meetings and provide input on allocation and management, and follow-up of transplant patients Keep updated with the latest advancements and techniques in kidney transplantation Provide guidance and support to other healthcare staff on transplant management and care Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providersRequirements Medical degree from a recognized institution Board certification in transplant surgery or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a transplant surgeon Strong understanding of organ allocation policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)We Offer Competitive salary package with benefits Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are seeking a challenging and fulfilling career in kidney transplantation, then we want to hear from you!
