Therefore, we are set-up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas:LifeP/CSalesProductivityResilienceSustainabilityCentral FunctionsKey Responsibilities / You Will Get ToBe a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of Cyber Security & IT Risk, IT Regulatory & Governance, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture or GenAI & Data AnalyticsWork with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reachedBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomesFacilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidanceManage communications and project timelines within project and program managementContribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement ManagerHelp increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of developmentContribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team eventsKey Requirements / What We Hope You Bring1-3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Cyber Security & IT Risk, IT Regulatory & Governance, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture or GenAI & Data AnalyticsMaster’s degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalenDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationExcellent command of English and high proficiency in German (at minimum B2)Deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformationsMastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levelsAn affinity for solving problems, proactivity and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasksPreviously acquired skills in PowerPoint and ExcelStrong IT affinity, coupled with a keen interest in or knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as consulting methodologies, tools, and techniquesPrior Allianz Experience is considered as a plusDid we spark your interest?
