🔍 Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide expert care in diagnosing and managing pediatric ocular conditions, including congenital and developmental eye disorders, and perform advanced surgical procedures as needed.🩺 Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric ophthalmic conditionsPerform surgical interventions including strabismus correction, congenital cataract surgery, and other pediatric proceduresCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, neurologists, and geneticistsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetingsContribute to teaching and mentoring junior staff and residents🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceBoard-certified in Ophthalmology with subspecialty training in Pediatric OphthalmologyMinimum 3–5 years post-specialization experienceFellowship from a recognized institution (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia)Strong surgical skills and experience with pediatric casesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills🌍 BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryHousing allowance or accommodation providedAnnual leave and CME allowanceFamily visa and education supportRelocation assistance
