We are looking for an innovative Data & AI Consultant who can bridge the gap between advanced analytics and marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll design and implement data-driven, AI-powered solutions that transform marketing performance — from optimizing customer engagement and campaign personalization to driving measurable ROI.You’ll work hands-on with analytical models while also guiding business leaders on how to leverage data and AI to accelerate growth.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy & ConsultingCollaborate with stakeholders to understand key business and marketing objectives.Translate marketing challenges into practical AI and data solutions — such as segmentation, recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and customer lifetime value analysis.Define implementation roadmaps for AI-driven personalization, targeting, and campaign optimization.Provide strategic guidance on integrating AI into marketing operations and decision-making.Data & AI DevelopmentDesign, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for marketing use cases (e.g., churn prediction, sentiment analysis, lead scoring, and dynamic pricing).Work with structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that influence brand, product, and digital strategies.Integrate marketing technology platforms (CRM, CDP, automation tools) with data pipelines and AI systems.Experiment with Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making, workflow automation, and adaptive personalization.Marketing Analytics & InsightsLead advanced marketing analytics initiatives, including attribution modeling, campaign performance, and customer journey optimization.Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights effectively.Deliver data-backed recommendations that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.Client Engagement & EnablementServe as a trusted advisor on AI adoption within marketing contexts.Conduct workshops and training sessions on generative AI, personalization, and predictive analytics.Keep pace with emerging trends in AI, data science, and marketing technology to provide forward-looking guidance.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in analytics, AI, or data science roles.Strong understanding of AI/ML methods: classification, clustering, NLP, recommendation engines, and generative AI.Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Experience with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics).Exposure to Agentic AI systems, conversational AI, and prompt engineering.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI solution deployment.Preferred BackgroundDegree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related discipline.Previous experience in consulting, digital marketing, or analytics functions.Understanding of data privacy and ethical AI frameworks in marketing applications.
