Assignments will cover a broad range of business and regulatory challenges, including:Business transformation initiatives: front-office performance management, product strategy, strengthening of the first line of defense.Operations: process optimization and digitalization, design and implementation of target operating models.Regulatory topics: implementation of new requirements, streamlining of compliance and risk frameworks, governance enhancements.The firm offers continuous support from management to develop both consulting and technical expertise, including structured training programs and regular knowledge-sharing sessions.Profile We are looking for motivated consultants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting, gained either in Luxembourg or abroad, with exposure to clients in the funds industry or private banking.
